Let me know you're alright

Phone, me once in a while.
I can just about stand the dirt, grime, germs, clutter, and general grossocity of the house, I will never be able to figure out how someone could bear to live in a house without the sun coming in. That, and there's only like three windows that face the mountains.
The stupidity astounds me.
In other news, I'm coming closer and closer to the conclusion that I'm wasting my time being careful and conscientious.
Now, all I need to do is inherit, or come into in some manner, enough money to be able to afford to be an anti-social shut-in. But I suppose that's everyone's dream, at one point or another.
But I understand that there are people who actually like other people. It's sort of beyond me.

You'll end up waiting by the

But you've got to, or you know,
The snow is back. Very New York-esque.
But, I won't get depressed, because I know it will all be gone in a few days.
But I treated myself to a Taco Bell dinner anyway, just in case.
There was a rather amusing event today, I took an order for W. Lewis and an M. Clark, who lived on Lewis and Clark road.
If I wasn't the one who took the order, I'd have thought it was a prank.

Of course the hardest part is letting go,
The people from my training class were always on my case to submit my doodles as a check design. So I finally decided to give it a go.
I don't expect anything of it, but it's worth a try. Maybe not as a check design, but as an address label.
So, I'm going to work on cleaning up my design in the Gimp and getting it all happy/yay.
The beginnings of a storm tonight, it looks.
It induced me to do some writing- which is good. I'm not suited for the worklife, it seems, at least not this kind of work, so I'd better shape up and write something and sell it.
I need a muse, or someone to edit/bounce ideas off of.
But it's unlikely, since I'm fiercely protective, embarrassed, and proud of my work.

I smelled you on my shirt today,
I did a little sorting through my OSTs today. I keep forgetting just how awesome some of the Tsubasa Chronicle's sound track is. Daddy would probably like some of it, even.
I decided not to do any schoolwork today, just pay my 4-hour work dues and then play.

Waiting for the month of come what May,
I've worked myself into that mood of wanting to do something productive, or of impact.
I blame the paper I'm writing for Anth. It's on Boas, Mead, and Benedict. I don't like the latter two. At all. If they're gunna be famous, do something a little more famous-worthy, will yah?
I dunwanna go to work tomorrow.

She was pretty in her teens,
Then I got leered at, and received the comment: "Oh, yeah, those boots are doing it for me, y'know, when a pretty girl walks by, you just have to go, like, bonzai!" :/
On the walk back, after I decided my time was wasted, I got leered at again- this time with a comment just loud enough to hear by a hobo-esque man to his companion, "Look that that girl- such (it might have been pale or pearl, I was walking away as quickly as was polite, so I didn't catch it all,) skin- I hope she goes to heaven..-something- the Virgin Mary.-" But that one, I'm not sure if it was a ploy to wheedle money from me, since the possibility of the two being homeless was moderate.
Maybe I'll invest in a burkah or a nun outfit, or something. This is ridiculous. I'm exhausted. I wish I had a skill like Emily Dickinson so I could be a hermit with an excuse.
I want to caption the pic to the right "Just say no!"
I need a dog. A big, black, death dog. Maybe a Doberman. And I'd train him to respond to commands in Japanese, like, "Koroshite!" (Kill!) for "Sick'em," or "Wan!" (The sound that dogs make to the Japanese, much like our 'oink',) to make him bark all vicious like.

Amphetamines and jellybeans
Work is gradually getting easier to go to. Every day since switching to my part-time, I've entertained the idea of not showing up, but every day, I've been there and on time.
I should have more willpower...or maybe I have more willpower than most- which is more admirable, the person who doesn't feel the temptation to skip work, and therefore is there every day on time, or the person who feels the temptation but is still there every day on time? I vote the latter. Go me.
As long as Babcia's in San Diego, I can manage living in this house.
Tomorrow I attend me a library and start working on final papers.
I've decided to stop trying with my post subjects, instead, I'm going to quote, line by line, the verses to a song in succession, then move onto the next. Aren't I clever?
So don't freak out if it's something like, well, 'amphetamines and jelly beans'. It does not mean I'm taking drugs. Silly people.

..is a little later on.
I had a 'smile' experience: one of my customers, with a very slight Spanish accent asked about the "little sticky things," in regards to address labels.

Whatever lies beyond this morning,
I LOVE RAINY NIGHTS!
(Ha, and my post with a sunny cloud picachure...)
Yesterday I got off work just before it started raining, today I got off just after it stopped. And the night air and humidity and whatever it is is just revitalizing. If it was a scent, I'd buy it in bulk. Yesterday was bad in general, dunno why. Today was better.
I kept getting customers who were obviously lying. But, we have to please them anyway. :/ It kinda irritates me. I have yet to get a super-pissy customer at me, but seriously, (not that I'd ever ever ever do anything with it,) it might not be a good idea to piss off the people who have access to your routing and account number.

I think I might have to change my shift times, I spend the whole day in expectation of having to leave at four for work, where, when I had to leave at 7:30- I just woke up and went and got it over with.
I got the pirate shirt with art by The Broken Bandit, it wasn't quite worth the 20-something dollars I paid, but I'm supporting starving animation artists, so it works out, and it wasn't any fault in his art, but CafePress's more or less substandard t-shirt material.

I got a picachure from work- it's a manager's birthday tomorrow, so they trashed his office with shredded paper as a surprise, as shown. Pretty cute.

Forget December
I got my stats for the first week on the floor, and I must say, they're not bad. even though I botched my aux (time you have unauthorizedly not on the phone, you get 5.50% of your shift to spend on aux, like if your system crashes, or you have to do a hand convert,) by forgetting to log off the phone on..I think it was Tuesday, and had 57 extra minutes of aux, for the week, the average was still only 6.21%, 'cause I hardly used my aux any other time.
But enough about that.
Today's amusing observations:
1. I saw a state trooper car, it took me by surprise, 'cause it was SILVER, with a blue stripe thinger, and a ford SUV.
2. There was a Lennon-wannabe driving behind me for a while- same Beatles-esque haircut, the glasses, driving a yellow jeepthing.
3. Chipotles was having a very amusing promotion- buy any burrito today, and tomorrow, in honor of tax day, with the receipt, you can get a free burrito of the same deal. They gave you a mock tax form with amusing tidbits attached. Needless to say, I went and acquired me a burrito. A special treat for me for my first day at 10.40 an hour.
I'm debating starting a stationary company. There isn't enough cute stationary out there. It's be really easy to do, just buy a high-quality printer and decent paper, and draw out the designs based on current fads, and you're golden.
According to MMPI research, depressed people are more likely to say yes to 'the only thing of interest in the newspaper are the comics.'
I want a cat. I want a vegetable garden. I want 10 acres of fertile land. I want a lot of things. Wanting builds character.
But I have a rockin' car.

Red Bean
I've spent about 6 hours cheating horribly at Age of Mythology, so, it's only cost me $1.64 an hour for fun. Something I learned from Mom, if something manages to keep my attention for as many hours as dollars it cost- it's completely worth it. So. Only 4 more hours of fun with AoM, and I'll have no regrets. Totally. Yeah.
My favorite in the game are the walking trees, though the grizzley bears wearing the Canadian Flag as a cape that shoots lazers out of their eyes to completely own the enemy is pretty sweet, too. I've won more than one campaign with just two or three of then. (Note, these are gained through the cheat: 'O CANADA'.)
I really want to just buy a plot of land and sit on it. (My shirt-tail cousin Ben was visiting, and he was looking at land in CO. By the by, he asked for dad's e-mail, which I gave him, so, Daddy, expect that. Why does Ben not pronounce the 'k' in his last name?) Then I want to build my own house someday. With a veggie garden and a greenhouse.
I have a massive headache. I haven't had one like this in a long time- probably since I stopped taking my Prohzack. I think it might have been from dealing with Hunhun & Babcia & Pat (who's secretly as bad as the rest of them.)
I want to preserve money, desperately, because I think my only driving force is the possibility of teaching English in Japan for a year, so I'm trying to stick it out where I've got the free rent thing going for me as long as possible, but I think it's killing me, between the vitamins/supplements/pills being insisted upon by my grandmother (I finally told her no, 'cause I kept getting stomach aches,) and other small stuff like that..I'm going to lose the rest of my sanity, or become a very selfish individual with no regard to other human life in order to turn my guilt-ar off. Which means I'm so very seriously debating going all 'SCREW IT I'M GOING TO LIVE PAY-CHECK TO PAY-CHECK WITH NO REGARDS TO MY FUTURE,' and getting a $500 a month apartment WITH A CAT, DAMNIT,* somewhere.
My hair has gotten very much longer. It surprises me every time I take the time to notice.
My pictures are all fuzzy, 'cause I took them in poor light. But I sorta like them that way.
* Okay, no cat, since I'll probably graduate in 2 years then go to Japan, and I'd have to leave the cat behind..then again, I can't seem to keep pets for any longer than 2 years anyway.

Q.C. Passed
Enjoy Katie feet.
Thigh high nylons = love. Except that I'm already wearing holes in them at the toes...should never have bought Wal Mart brand, I need to invest in the kevlar ones that I used to borrow from my mother...it's kevlar, right? The super-strong armor stuff? I can't really remember the name of it, but the D&D Tuesday group in Binghamton used to joke about it frequently.
Took my first 100$ order since that one day in the training Antero room when I took 3 in one day- but this was only $100 'cause they wanted the super-in-plant rush (checks received by Monday,) for $35.90.
No fun picachures, 'cause I didn't feel motivated enough to go outside and take any, but figured I should post at least one before I go play with Age of Mythology for the first time. I will prevail, one picachure a day, regardless of content!!

As if in a dream,
No fun picachures. Didn't get off until 4:40, since I had to take a call at 4:29 and that call was slightly problematic. Is snowing today- rumored to be bad weather-wise tomorrow, too, to the point of people even hoping that the never-closing CU building would close. I don't expect such an occurrence.
Did see an amusing license plate, though, as shown, taken while at a stop light.
Fav of the day:
I'm tired. I start my regular shift on Sunday.
